These hazel panels can get pulled apart in transit with delivery people rough handling them. Mine arrived broken and in pieces. Could not get customer services to reply to my emails even after threatening to claim back the money on my credit card(S75). I called them direct and spoke to a nice man Pavel. He sent out a replacement straight away to resolve the issue. Nice quality hazel panels
