Been using for about a year now, we had a few days where we’d run out (before the subscription option came in!) and there was a noticeable difference in tears. It’s not solved the problem completely for us, but definitely eases them.

My 6 year old Havanese has white and blond hair around her eyes and that really shows the tear stains. I have only recently begun using Oculus but I can already see a marked difference. There is a much reduced discharge and it is easily removed, unlike the hardened patches that she used to have. I am very impressed at the speedy change and anticipate a point where tear stains will no longer be an issue.
