Ace Crew Tech Tee

Ordered 3 Acr Crew Shirts on June 30th. Within a week two of them came. After waiting two weeks reached out to Kit & Ace, and they told me they apologized and appreciated my paitince and would reach out to the carrier. After a few more days of no response, I asked for a refund. They said no, and asked me to keep on waiting. Another week goes bye, still nothing. So I reached out again, and they again said sorry and asked me to be paitient while they wait to hear from the carrier. Its now been over three weeks and I’m still having to wait and be patient, even though i have repeatedly asked for a refund. Will never order anything from this company again. I’m patient, but this is unacceptable.
