There are no paddings in the bra but the support is incredible. And because it’s double lining, so it won’t show any nipples. I have wider shoulders and smaller chest, so I often find the size I choose is hard to get through my shoulders and the sounds of broken threads always makes me anxious when putting it on. This crop is so easy to put on and also easy to take off even it’s damp with sweat. Highly recommend!
