This is a specially flavored ponzu sauce made using grape sansho pepper from Aridagawa Town, Wakayama Prefecture, which is known as the number one producer of sansho pepper in Japan. In order to make the most of the characteristics of Japanese pepper, we use orange juice, which has a mild acidity and aroma, for the combined juice.
