I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Almost every item I received arrived damaged. I reached out to the owner expecting a reasonable resolution, but she would not issue a refund or even provide a return shipping label so I could send the damaged items back. Instead, she filed a claim with USPS, which was denied because USPS determined the damage did not occur while the package was in their possession. Even after the claim was denied, the owner still refused to take responsibility or make things right. As a result, I’m out the money I spent on products that arrived damaged. This was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better customer service. It’s a shame that a business would choose not to stand behind the products they sell. I also provided pictures, but it will not let me post here.
