Amazing Product and Incredible Customer Service!!

I had decided to purchase these ears for my Catwoman for Valentine's Day, but didn't realize how close to the holiday it was when I made the purchase. The original ETA of the ears said March-April, but after emailing Chuck and Lynne to ask if it could arrive by Valentine's, not only did they get back to me ASAP, they told me they would try their best to make it happen. And make it happen they did! The ears arrived with more than enough time to spare, and it was packaged very neatly! I can't thank you enough, Chuck and Lynne! You're both amazing and your work is second to none!
