Signature Crossclutch

Lovely bag with 2 strap options and gorgeous lining. The elephant key ring attachment is a cute detail. I was so pleased to find a bag from a Cape Town boutique rather than something high street.

I had wait some time for this bag with no updates. I wrote an e-mail after more than a week and it went unanswered. Then I received a rushed call on a Sunday, during lunch time, with no pology, just confirming my order. I received my bag but no elephant charm! It was the main reason I bought the bag. I complained and was promised by Chris he would send it the next day, but nothing. The bag's metal slasps were tightly wrapped in cheap sticky tape. It was a mission to remove, leaving sticky residue. This was my 4th bag I purchased from Tuska Atelier and I am deeply disappointed.

I've not used it yet but based on the other two bags I purchased I'll going to be very happy
