Shilajit Elixir

Tried a few brands at this stage ... This has been the best quality so far ...proper resin texture ,I'm finding it really good ,no fade in afternoon , feel alert during the day , will be using this Symbiosis brand from now on

I find using Shilajit every day really helps my energy levels and contributes to my overall health. I'm 72 and apart from the normal forgetfulness my mind feels sharper and im more able to focus on tasks. It's a great addition to my health and well being regime.
