I had a few queries about the board prior to purchasing which were all dealt with promptly via e-mail. The board was shipped and received promptly with appropriate protective packaging. I also was given a discount on a cover which fits the board nicely (Ocean and Earth Day use 7'6"). Have the used the board twice so far and am happy with the board.
