Retexes® Compression Shoulder Sleeve

I measured my bicep and chest and used your chart to select size. The very short strip of velcro to enable adjustment around arm is one deal breaker. Arrived with velcro fastened so that the arm pieces edges meat. Was tight and velcro is very stiff and scratches. Had to adjust about 1/2" bigger and then couldn't wear because the material inside arm wouldn't stay protecting my skin from velcro. Maybe design needs to change to allow more adjustment before edges of arm piece separate.

The item is very poor quality, and when I contacted Retexes for a return/refund, I received no answering correspondence other than an automatic reply, indicating they would review my request. I have sent them two emails, one through their website, and have received no further information or contact other than the automatic reply that they were reviewing my request. If I could give it them zero stars, I would.

received the braces but not the other "free" products that were supposed to come with it.
