atrocious delivery time. I ordered this for mothers day back in MARCH! you don't get to make the decision to completely rework the product because "it's not cold weather yet". awful. and I note that the company tried to placate its customers by initially promising a free tote/shirt/whatever for the delay and then replacing it with a chiikawa keychain. thanks guys, really remorseful and compensatory of you

I purchased this back in February and I still haven’t received it in October. I contacted them through live chat on the website and was told it would be delivered by October. Do not order from Resurgence!
