Great show for days when I want to get in both strength training and a short run. Not sure I would wear for long runs, but so far they are comfy for up to a 5k

I love these shoes. They are my new favorites. Good in & out of the gym. Fit is good. I do add an insert for a lil cushion. My shoes collection now has 4 pair of these🙂
