I love this book! As an adult but a beginner, I found it very informative. I would recommend not only for kids but beginners in general no matter what age.

We enjoyed this guide as well as the dyes, kistky set, and beeswax. My girls ages 10 - 17 really enjoyed this art experience. The guide provided instruction and patterns to try. So glad we did this and that the supplies were great and made the experience doable and enjoyable.
