After a shipping delay, they sent me the wrong thing - instead of the $40 guitar strap ($50 after shipping - ouch), it was a 2025 concert t-shirt for the Alabama Shakes. What?! Super upset because this was a gift. I’m waiting on customer support for a response. Hopefully they can get this sorted.
