I ordered two fur shawls from Tulip Bridal for a formal winter event, hoping they’d arrive in time. Since I was cutting it close, I emailed their customer service to see if expedited shipping was possible. They responded quickly, went out above and beyond to ship my order the same day, and even were able to expedite the shipping to ensure I’d receive them on time. I had planned to keep only the shawl that matched my dress best and return the other, but when they arrived I was blown away by how beautiful and well made both were so I kept them both. The quality was exceptional! On the night of the event, my sister came along, and we each wore one, I chose the stunning gray shawl and she wore the elegant ivory one. They were the perfect look for both of our dresses and we both felt like winter princesses! I can’t recommend Tulip Bridal enough. Their customer service was thoughtful and accommodating, the shipping was lightning fast, and the shawls themselves were absolutely gorgeous. For sizing reference, I ordered both in a size small. I’m so glad I found them, an amazing experience all around!
