Broken & No Response

The container came cracked and broken. I emailed and received an automated message that I would be contacted in 48 hours. I was never contacted. I followed up with another email and a phone call to the customer service number. Both of those were also ignored and received no response. Do not order from this company. The products come damaged and there is no customer support

Thankfully they arrived undamaged. This is sometimes an issue with the shipping of large containers. I intend to purchase additional ones; they have the advantage of being clear which optimizes organization.

One of the containers arrived cracked with a piece broken off the lid. Not sure how long they will last outside storing gardening things. I think they are too high priced.
