Actually is pretty peppy. Just what I was looking for. Have just had it a couple of weeks, but so far so good. Built very well.

quality scooter, resolved issue

So, I bought this scooter and had shipping issues with damage. They resolved the issues, and did everything perfectly.

Better than I expected

I needed a scooter that has power, speed, ability...and didn't look like the average scooter. Something that could really go the distance. I found it in the H7Pro. I don't need the light show it has...but it's fun! What matters is that it takes me ten miles out and back with ease, carries a few things in the center basket (factory) and rear basket (I added one) and does it with speed, safety and comfort. I got it all. And it gets noticed! They ask where they can get one, how much...so I give 'em your info. There's a lot of scooters out there with less and cost more...why? This fills the bill and then some.
