Lola's Hatch Chile & Sweet Corn Salsa

Good mild green chili.

This is quality green chili but on the mild side with added sweet corn. I don't notice the corn flavor or an add sweetness from it much at all. I had higher expectations after enjoying the mango blend so much. I guess they all can't be home runs.

It's a great salsa to go on top or in other foods.

It wasn't my favorite for just dipping tortilla chips, but it's great for on top of or inside other foods.
