Trinidad Scorpion Hot Sauce

Great flavor and very reasonable amount of spice heat. Low Sodium also is a real place for my lack of tolerance for high sodium dishes and condiments. Keep up the good work!

Reformulated, 10× the salt!

This was my absolute favorite hot sauce... But it now has a WHOPPING 105mg of sodium per serving when it used to only have 10mg. Sadly, this is just too salty, both in flavor, and too much for my health. I thought about giving at least 2 stars because it really used to be a real 5-star sauce. That being said, it's all but off-limits to me now, so I've got to rate it how it is, not how it once was. Hopefully they'll return to the old recipe, but it seems unlikely. If Lola's offered a line of low sodium sauces or did bring back the old formula, I'd resume buying it by the case! Their mild salsa is reasonable in sodium, and so is the Mango Scotch Bonnet hot sauce, but I don't want the sweetness of the Mango except specifically on fish tacos; for that it's great. I will greatly miss the original recipe, it's going to be hard to replace this sauce as my "daily driver" hot sauce
