Custom Leather Knot Bracelet for Men

The bracelet is nice but my order was not fulfilled. It was sent to me without the inscription I requested at the time of the order which had previously been approved and accepted. The customer service at Berradas Jewelry has been neglectful in responding to my inquiries to correct my order. The bracelet was ordered well in advance of the anniversary date I purchased it for and is drawing close, November 1st. I have yet to hear back from Customer Service which is very frustrating.
