This holder does not close with a 1oz gold bar. If you remove foam insert gold bar moves around. This does not fit 1oz gold bars as described.

I am in love with the simplicity and sizing of the wafer holder! I highly appreciate it being able to hold my 1 gram gold bar, it stands out against the black padding that gives the bar an extra pop!

Phenomenal Product

I didn't know what really to expect when I bought these. I had a few rare I gram gold bars that I wanted to get iut of 2×2 paper flips and I came across these as I was purchasing some 1 oz silver bar capsules. I think they're phenomenal. I'm also going g to use them for fractional silver pieces as well
