The first thermostat I ordered was had an in-wall sensor for temperature. Because I needed to put my thermostat on an outside wall, it didn't read accurately due to low temperatures within the box. I asked to return that thermo for one that used a remote sensor. OnFireGuy responded immediately and was very helpful in getting me a replacement that worked for my application. Also refunded my initial purchase immediately. I would highly recommend this seller!!!
