After contacting the brand's support team to arrange an exchange, I was provided a preprinted shipping label and sent the clothes back. The package experienced a delay in transit, so I went back to USPS personally to make sure it was handled — and it was successfully delivered to the seller on May 12th. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing. I've reached out via text, Instagram, and four separate emails asking for a follow-up on my exchange, and I have received zero response every single time. No reply, no acknowledgment, nothing. I am completely frustrated and furious. I did everything right on my end, confirmed the delivery myself, and I'm still being ignored.

4 star because of how quickly it shipped, not a 5 since the quality was expected to be better heaver weighter especially for $90.
