the best! I have dozens. without these, the bunnies would have devoured all of my native asters and goldenrod. It is hard to be an ecological gardener without them. They withstand new england winters for years in perfect condition.

These work and they'll never wear out
I have young fruit trees here in suburbia and I've been using Erva bunny cages for several years to keep the critters off them and rabbits from chewing on the trunks. I don't use the stakes that come with them: when they rattle and wobble, raccoons leave. (A raccoon breaking a first-year peach tree in half was my motivation to try these cages in the first place. I had so been looking forward to that single peach.) The funniest thing was the squirrels that refused to jump onto my cherry tree: they need escape routes both up and down, and down the trunk would put them in a cage and they didn't have the brainpower to realize they could leap right back out or simply jump over it on the way down. That's how I found out my ten year old cherry was actually quite prolific. One columnar apple with very low branches started to grow through my older smaller round Erva cage. I replaced it with the new XL square cage with the angle away from that branch. Problem solved. And I really like that the XL is taller. I've been recommending these to everybody.

My plants now thrive being protected.
I purchased these locally, and they seemed to work well keeping the rabbits from eating my flowers. I didn't have time to go back to the store, so I purchased 2 more direct from the manufacturer. They are easy to install and my order shipped quickly. My neighborhood is overrun by rabbits and nothing I plant is safe from being eaten. I will be ordering more for next year.
