MONOPOLY GRAB & GO GO GO BACKPACK

It did not arrive on time, and it was not what I ordered. I received a different model that I never ordered. I returned it, and now I have been waiting for more than a week and still have not received my refund. Because of this, I have not been able to order the backpack that I originally wanted. School starts next week, and my son still doesn’t have his backpack, even though I placed the order well in advance. This has been a very frustrating experience.
