This was a replacement bookbag sprayground sent me because one of the workers at ups stole the original bookbag I ordereded my son. Im so grateful and thankful that sprayground replaced the bookbag. We recieved the replacement before school, my son loves it and is very happy. Shame on ups and their theiving employees. The communication with spraygroung was only through email. I was nervous that this issue wouldnt be resolved due to this.Most importantly they answered every email that i sent. Due to ups negligence sprayground replaced the bookbag. THANK YOU SPRAYGROUND! Keep up the good work and great customer service.
