It was delayed at first but i sent a email and they shipped it the next day and it csme a couple of days after that, very helpful and thanful the email I sent

I love this backpack its so cute and it’s actually bigger than i thought in a good way.The only little problem is the stitching on the eye,it was messed up but its barley noticeable.5 stars across the board,the shipping was perfect and quick.

Fast shipping after order was confirmed my daughter loves her backpack design is amazing. The size of the backpack is very spacious definitely recommend. Fingers cross it holds up as good as it looks.
