Always weary of mobile phone covers when they advertise that they’re the best, indestructible, low price for a good quality product! Well I thought let’s go for it and I am so glad I did, it’s everything they advertised and perfect. Going to order another and sent the link to several friends as brought an orange phone as favourite colour, the case means it looks like it’s just the phone. Highly recommend, took 5 days to reach me in the UK. Thank you

I love the look and feel of this case for my iPhone. Price, communication, and postage time were all good. I did not realise I needed to purchase the screen protector front separately, but have now ordered that, so hoping to give my phone excellent all round protection. Thank you.,

Five stars for the case. Well made and durable. However i am very disappointed in customer service after the second item on the order (a screen protector) arrived broken. I contacted customer service immediately and they said they would get back to me. After several days had elapsed I decided to buy my own screen protector and have it installed by a third-party. I wrote again asking for a refund. ($10 total) but was told that they were going to send another screen protector. I replied again in a separate email that I did not want another screen protector and would like the refund. The reply was -in effect- “we don’t do refunds.” I understand that they may be company policies, but this seemed to border on the ridiculous. I already had a screen protector installed, and yet they wanted to send me another one! It’s the little things that make a company great, and this company is not quite there
