Fantastic backpack. I was concerned about the weight due to its size. I have had large, heavy packs that were never used. The weight is not a problem at all, and it feels closer to a 2.0 lb pack than the 3.2 lb (with organizer) pack it is. Very ergonimic and comfortable. I highly recommend this pack.

There are so many features to this bag. The letter "I" fell off during my first use. I contacted customer support. They are replacing the entire bag. Excellent customer support. We have 3 of the backpacks and 2 check-in luggages. Best backpack by far.
