We were hooked on the filet mignon the 1st time we tried them. The flavor is better than any other steaks we have had. Super juicy and oh so tender! So thankful we came across Brown Pearcy for our meats, they are the best!

Tender, wonderful flavor, but I do not like really thick steaks. They come frozen, so I had to partially thaw and then I sliced them into three separate steaks. Then they were perfect for me.
