Tremendous customer service

I have had the same five bag set for about 15 years. The bags are durable and handy. I mistakenly left the pouch and two bags in a grocery cart. I was so sad! I’ve been using these bags longer than I've been mothering my 12 year old. The very patient and kind representative helped me find a new pouch and a close match to the old bags. Iam so thankful!
