PULSE Launch Monitor

I am sure the monitor works great, but I will never know. I have not gotten it because Punters could not or would not delay or cancel the shipment. Item took 3 weeks to ship out from foreign lands. I advised the customer service I was leaving on vacation and either needed item before I left or cancel shipment (both were asked prior to being shipped). Package is now missing because of delivery company issues and Punters shipping item WAY late. POOR Customer Service!! Items ship from China or Australia. They expect you to ship items back, even though thos was 100% Punters fault.. Stay away!!

I checked the accuracy with my launch monitor. The numbers essentially matched. The only complaint is that in the sun it is hard to see the screen. Bluetooth to a phone would also be nice.

Ordered 3 weeks before a vacation, requested a delay or cancelation, but Punters refused to do that. They shipped just prior to my vacation from CHINA and it got delivered days after I was gone, sitting in plain sight for everybody. Package is now missing, neighbor checked. All this could have been resolved with a simple delay on shipping or cancelation, now we have to try and deal with Punters Customer Service.
