I’m using the Ukiyo rod to fish the creeks and high sierra lakes.

Alpine settings

Beautifully crafted rods and flies, high-quality line as well. I especially like the little ultralight hand reel. That stores everything.

I haven’t using it yet so I’ll be using it in the spring and I normally fish at streams and rivers with regular fly rods so I’ll try my tenkara on smaller streams.
