Scratched screen

I really like this radio, however, it came wrapped in bubble wrap but it was outside of the manufacturer box. I thought this was very odd. I am thinking that this was a return. I had it professionally installed and the installer said that when he pulled the clear plastic film off, he noticed the scratch. He said that he didn’t scratch it but I can’t verify that because I didn’t check it before it was installed. So I am going to try some scratch remover and hopefully I can minimize the scratch. I paid a lot of money for this and I don’t know why it wasn’t shipped in the manufacturers box.
