The price is a little high for the size, but the quality is good and it's very cute.

I recieved the wrong product...it's still Luka, and she's still super cute. But I found the product I actually got and it's $10 less. Emailed support to at least get refunded the difference and they haven't gotten back yet.

Quality Control and Customer Service Have Plummeted

I waited an overly long time to receive my Rin and Len mini dolls and received no updates about their status during the delay. I had to reach out to Support to find out what was going on behind the scenes. It would have been more professional if Otaku Owlet e-mailed everyone who purchased these products and informed us they miscommunicated with their suppliers. Secondly, I received a Rin mini doll with a physical defect: two holes in her face. I am disappointed that Otaku Owlet did not check the products for quality before sending them to me. I think it is offensive that I would have to pay shipping to receive a mini doll with no holes in her face—what I deserved in the first place—so I settled instead for half-price store credit. Please get your act together, Otaku Owlet. I have never been this embarrassed on a store’s behalf and this disappointed.
