Shoe is nice, however I have 6 pairs of shoes that are a size 40. This in a size 40 is tight. Working on stretching them out :( .

Very soft and comfortable leather, and the shoe looks a but “classier” in person. It is just a bit bigger and looser than a normal size 12. Maybe recommend a half size down
