Damaged Goods
This is my second shipment of my original order, it was broken into two deliveries. Both times I received damaged merchandise. All of my rams looked either used or they were sitting in a warehouse for several years. They were full of debris, cob webs, mud and the cardboard wrapping stuck to the rams and I can’t get it off. Some of the rams have been repaired from holes in the sides because they have been plugged with some type of filling. Both times I received defective products and still have not received any reply or response to my previous complaint.
