Sweet, pungent on the nose and robust on the palate. Uplifts an ordinary dish with just a few, or not so few grinds. So fresh. Pairs beautifully with quality olive oil /quality salt.

I absolutely love the pepper. I've only used it twice at this stage. Once in a chicken salad the other with poached chicken and steamed vegetables. What a difference it makes. People at work have already ordered some for themselves as well.
