Motley Gemstone Bracelet - Gold

Very nice bracelet. However, it was too small opposed to other 8" bracelets. I did the exchange process online. Hopefully it won't take as long as the 1st bracelet took to arrive for the exchange for the larger replacement. If so, I'll have to will it to my grandkids 🤣

This was my first time ordering from Hommes, and it was a poor experience. I spent nearly $500 on a necklace and bracelet. The order was delayed by about 20 days, and customer service only directed me to a generic claims link - which became irrelevant once the items finally arrived. The quality did not match the description, and when I tried to return them, I learned there is a strict no-return policy. The only option offered was a discount for an exchange. Overall, disappointing product quality and unhelpful customer service. Not worth the money.
