Not charging batteries

Hello, two points. I have two extra lengths of extension that I would like to return. I have more than I need and they are unopened. Second, the batteries I have the chords attached to do not seem to be supplying solar to the batteries. I have purchased your product previously and they have worked great in the past. Please advise. Thank you

This is the second purchase of this item to go with my new PulseTech maintainer/ charger. It gives me the option of placing the unit inside my garage and leave my vehicle in the driveway. Great option for a great system.

25' Xtreme charger lead

This lead is exactly what I needed. I have my car on a lift for a while. It allowed me to keep the battery charged without removing it.
