The Dusk - Black 6mm Hammered Tungsten Ring

Honestly the whole experience has been such a nightmare. I had to reorder my ring as I lost mine in the ocean last month. This was my and my husband’s wedding we ordered in December. I had size 7 and he had 10. Then in March i ordered the same size for myself to replace my lost ring but received bigger size for some reason. What i thought will be fixed up in a matter of a week, is still ongoing a month later. They never responded to my emails and the only way I am getting communication is through instagram. At first they tried to convince me i ordered different size and that i need to pay postage to return the ring in order for them to help me which i wasn’t gonna do as i have ordered the same size ring as in December which fitted me perfectly. Also on their website it clearly states the exchanges and refunds are free which goes against the requirement for the costumer to cover the fee. Last thing I sent through was an actual photo of the ring they sent and based on the generic ring sizes you can tell it’s bigger than size 7. What mean to be a great quick order turned out to be a nightmare and they have handled it so poorly. Would definitely reconsider purchasing from this website again.
