Im giving 4 stars because the company does not pack the product correctly. Both times that I have ordered this product the shipping box is in shambles and the cylinders are just thrown in the box so they arrive with pieces missing. The issue is that the product is heavy and it sloshes around in the box. Some packing material would go a long way.
