Monika Acrylic Keychain (Glitch Version)

When i opened my order i found minor scratches all over my keychain on both sides! What good is the shipping if I’m getting damaged product? I’m very disappointed to see scratches on what’s supposed to be a new product. I hope to get an exchange or refund Edit: as it turns out there was a huge misunderstanding on my part! They put a thin protective film on the keychain which did go a long way for it during shipping! The support team was very polite and professional when they got back to me. I hope this helps others feel more peace of mind knowing they put much thought into their products when they get shipped out!
