locket rhinestone hoodie

Love the hoodie but the only problem was it came with no draw string to tighten the hood,but the sweatpants feel amazing but overall would buy again.

i was so excited for this to come i preordered it as soon as it dropped and when i got, it the rhinestone on the “e” of “locket” was misplaced/not in line. its glued down so its not like i can reglue it myself in the right place. i contacted madisons team and they said all they could do was to have me ship it back and get a refund for it. i asked about a replacement and they told me they couldnt give me a new one because its sold out. so essentially i either take the hit of $100 for a product that didnt come as advertised, or i send it back for a full refund but lose out on the chance to buy the hoodie i literally waited on the website to buy asap. this is so upsetting and i honestly never expected this from her team. i reached out about some possible compensation and they still havent replied. theyre taking about 2-3 days to reply per email i reply to in the thread (and i respond asap). overall its just been a terrible experience and im so upset by this because ive been a longtime fan

Its super cute! I just wish it was 100% cotton instead of half cotton and half polyester. ❤️
