These are a medium size and they fit quite tight on me but they’re extremely comfortable once they’re on. The insert is good and the first ride in them, straight out of the bag, was great . I think I must be between sizes on the Altria scale and could possibly go with medium or large sizes for either a tight or a comfort fit respectively. Better stay off the pies!! If it helps I’m 5’11”, 80 kg 33” waist and 31”inside leg . For bibs I prefer a looser fit for the straps (long body- short legs !) and these are spot on. Great quality and great value too. Would definitely recommend.

The legs are too long. BODY FIT IS SNUG. Im not sure that the sizing is correct. Comfortable when riding, but seat pad not as good as my last pair. I'll just have to see how they last.
