Oysterman in Olive Waxed Canvas

This hat arrived flat as expected but as a lot of hats with bills, a lot of people mold the bill to curve. I gently molded the bill to a curved shape and immediately a large crease formed on the underside and kept growing. I emailed customer service about the issue and requested an exchange last Thu, October 10th (it's the 16th today) and have never heard back. Not even an email acknowledging that they received my email. I left a message on their Instagram account with no response. This is the 3rd "billed" hat I bought from Quaker Marine and have never had any issues with the others. I'm extremely disappointed with how your company responds to simple issues like this.

The color of the oysterman was exactly as pictured and the hat nicely sewn. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I really had hoped for it to be a slightly heavier canvas . The birthday guy was pleased with his gift.
