Dream a Little Dream Herbal Tea

Calming and flavorful

I've been enjoying a cup of Dream a Little Dream lately in the evening. I let mine step for ten minutes to be sure to extract all the goodness. I like the taste with a bit of honey. This tea is very relaxing but it doesn't make me sleepy unless I'm already just about ready for bed. Then it really works to whisk me if to sleep quickly and naturally. I love this tea and it has earned itself a solid spot in my tea cupboard.
