With the plastic plug in the end of the sleeve, the suction is so strong that it actually strains the motor if you try to keep the machine still. However, despite how it looks, the plug isn't necessary for function, so if you remove it you get less suction and much more consistant and pleasureable strokes (there definitely IS such a thing as too tight). I wish there was a better sleeve though. It's a very rigid sleeve on the outside, which impact how it strokes. The moment I figure out how to rig one of my other sleeves to this thing it when I reach heaven.
