These refills are the best I’ve tried. The adhesive keeps them stuck in place all night long unlike the cheap Amazon alternatives. I’d prefer to pay more for them to work for the whole night.

The Intake product is by far the best way to help nasal dilation. I've tried other generic stickers, and they just don't do the job. These stick really well and don't cause any irritation.
